Shipping is currently available within India only.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free for order value of above Rs.1999.

For order value of Rs.1999 or lesser, we charge a flat rate of Rs.200. 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of purchase. We don't work on Sundays and public holidays in India.

Shipping Time 

We use the services of well-reputed shipping companies. Our shipping partners typically deliver on all days of the week, except Sundays and public holidays. Once the order is processed and dispatched from our side, you can expect the delivery to happen within 5 business days.

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as riots, curfews, national emergencies, containment zone policies, natural disasters, act of God or any such situations that are beyond our control or the control of our shipping partners, kindly bear with longer shipping times.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once the order is dispatched, you will be notified with the tracking details. Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address, a valid mobile number and email ID while making the purchase, so that you don't miss the tracking details that we share.

Please ensure that there is someone to receive the delivery. Most delivery partners attempt to deliver a couple of times. For any reason, if the delivery is not accepted at the receiving end, the package is returned to the sender at an additional fee. We will not offer any refund in such instances. If you wish for us to resend the package, we will charge you the fee that we incurred due to the return of the package and the shipping fee for the new delivery as well. To avoid such a situation, please check the tracking details to ensure that you don't miss the delivery. 

Missing or Lost Package

If the package is missing or lost during shipping, please mail us with your order details and we will involve the shipping partner to get a resolution.
